Dr. Tonya Breland is an educator, leader, author, speaker, and founder of TESO Consulting Group. For more than 25 years, she has guided schools, leaders, and women toward clarity, alignment, and meaningful action.

Her work is shaped by justice, equity, faith, stewardship, and calling. It is rooted in a conviction that people should be supported in ways that honor both their brilliance and their responsibility.

Dr. Breland is the Founder, President, and CEO of TESO Consulting Group. She is the co-author of Today's Classroom: Practical Strategies for Nurturing Greatness in Your Diverse Learners and the author of Fight to Make it Happen: 6 Power Principles to Fulfilling Your Purpose and Living Your Dreams.

She has been married for 35 years, is the mother of two adult children, and is the proud G-ma of her grandson. She enjoys singing, walking, listening to books, and traveling abroad — the practices that keep her grounded, joyful, and connected.
